If any defect is found, the motor shall be baked with a drying lamp to improve the insulation, so as to avoid the motor being burnt due to the breakdown of the winding due to the low insulation.
When the YZP crane motor is running, the three-phase working voltage and current can be measured to see if it is balanced. The voltage shall be basically equal, and the error between each phase current and the average value shall not exceed 10%. If the difference of each phase current measured by clamp meter is too large, there may be inter-turn short circuit.
