It has the characteristics of large overload capacity, high mechanical strength, wide speed range, stable operation, etc. It is suitable for those short-term or intermittent operation, frequent starting and braking and positive and negative rotation, overload and significant vibration and impact of lifting machinery and metallurgical auxiliary machinery and equipment in the frequency conversion speed drive system. With high-precision sensor, it can realize high-precision closed-loop operation. The installation size of the motor is consistent with that of YZ and YZR series three-phase asynchronous motors with the same base number, and the interchangeability is strong.
The constant voltage of motor for lifting and metallurgy is 380V, and the frequency conversion range is 3- 100Hz. 3 -50Hz is constant torque speed regulation, and 50-100Hz is constant power speed regulation. The protection class of motor enclosure shall be IP54, and the insulation class shall be F and H.
YZP crane motor is equipped with fan cooling, the standard working system is S3-40%, YZPF series adopts independent power supply fan to force air cooling on the motor surface, the standard working system is S1.
According to the needs of users, the motor can be equipped with a variety of high-resolution photoelectric encoder, electromagnetic brake and other accessories.
