Before starting YZP crane motor, insulation resistance shall be measured, and shall not be less than 0.5MΩ for low voltage motor; Measure the supply voltage. Check whether the motor wiring is correct and whether the power supply voltage meets the requirements; Check that the starting equipment is in good condition.
At the same time, check whether the fuse of YZP lifting motor is suitable; Check whether the motor is properly grounded and connected to zero; Check whether the transmission device is defective; Check whether the motor environment is suitable, remove inflammables and other sundries. When the YZP crane motor is running with load, the power loss in the motor will become heat energy, which will increase the temperature of the YZP crane motor and the ambient temperature will exceed the normal temperature.
The value of the motor temperature higher than the ambient temperature is called temperature rise. After heating up, the motor should dissipate heat to the surrounding; High temperature and fast heat dissipation. When the amount of heat emitted by the lifting motor per unit time is equal to the amount of heat emitted, the motor temperature will no longer increase, and it will be in a state of heat and heat balance.
