YZR hoisting motor products are often affected by the harmful factors of the surrounding environment during storage, transportation or use. The special environmental conditions of YZR crane motor, according to the nature of the environmental factors, can be divided into two categories: natural climate environment and industrial environment. The natural climate environment mainly includes tropical, marine, cold, underground and plateau environment; Industrial environment mainly includes corrosive environment, explosive environment, high and low temperature, high and low pressure, solid particles and dust, high energy rays and special mechanical load environment.
Natural climate environment and industrial environment are two kinds of special environmental factors, some of which act on YZR crane motor singly, and some of which act on YZR crane motor synthetically. Some are intermittent, some are continuous, and the order of various factors is different, resulting in different effects, thus forming a very complicated situation.
Due to the high ambient temperature, the heat dissipation of YZR crane motor is affected, and the output is reduced; High temperature and strong ultraviolet rays accelerate the aging of insulating materials; High temperature is easy to make the glue loss. Low temperatures cause hardening of rubber and plastics, brittle cracking of pipes, freezing of lubricating grease and coolant.
High relative humidity is easy to make the surface condense water film. When the humidity is higher than 95%, water droplets often condense inside YZR crane motor, which makes metal parts easy to rust, grease damp and deteriorate, some insulating materials are damp and expand, some are soft and sticky, mechanical and electrical performance deteriorates, and insulation breakdown and surface flashover are easy to occur.
In the environment of high temperature and high humidity, mold is easy to grow, and the secretion of mold can corrode metal and insulating materials, so that the insulation will age rapidly and cause short-circuit accidents. When dust and sand dust accumulate on the insulation surface of YZR crane motor, the electrical insulation performance will decrease due to moisture absorption, and conductive dust is more likely to cause insulation leakage or short circuit accidents.
In the chemical industry production sites, there are mainly more chlorine, hydrogen chloride, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxide, ammonia, hydrogen sulfide and other gases, which will form acidic, alkaline and other corrosive aerosols in the humid air, the degree of impact on the YZR crane motor depends on the air humidity and the nature and concentration of corrosive gases.
